What are the application requirements and fees?
You’ll need valid ID, proof of income, employment verification and consent for a credit/background check. A non-refundable application fee applies; contact us at <a href="tel:{{ community.phone }}">{{ community.phone }}</a> for the current amount and security deposit details.
Does your community require renters insurance?
Yes, renters insurance is required.
How much is the security deposit?
Refundable Security deposit of $300. Security Deposit can vary with unit and application approval.
What is the application process and how long does it take?
Applications are processed the same day, sometimes up to 48 hours. May take longer depending on certain information provided.
What utilities are included in the rent?
Rent covers access to all amenities, but utilities such as water, electric, and internet are billed separately.
How can I pay rent?
Residents can pay rent through our secure online portal or in person at the leasing office. We accept Zelle, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. Click the “Residents” section of the website for online payment options.

Yes! We are a pet-friendly community. Breed and weight restrictions apply. Pet Deposit of $500, $300 non refundable and $200 refundable, monthly pet rent $15 per pet, max two pets per household.

Yes! You will get your own reserved parking space with your unit. Additional reserved parking will be at an additional fee. Street parking is also available.
Are the apartments furnished, unfurnished, or both?
All apartments are unfurnished.
Do you offer in-unit laundry, on-site laundry, or both?
Units include washer/dryer connections and Washer / Dryer rentals are also available.
How are packages delivered at your property?
Packages are delivered to Residents’ front doors. You must have prior authorization from Management to have packages delivered to the office.
